• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

• Within Pakistan: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

• Karachi deliveries: Usually arrive within 2–3 working days.
  (Delivery time may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.)

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery fee: PKR 200–300 (depending on location).

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can stay updated.

5. Delays or Issues
