We currently offer exchanges only — no refunds. You can exchange your item for a different size or product of equal value within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• All tags and original packaging must be intact.

• The product must be returned in its original condition.

4. Exchange Process

• Contact us via Instagram DM or email within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Our team will confirm your request and share the return details.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos — we’ll arrange a replacement right away.
